Kara Killmer

 Kara Killmer (born June 14, 1988) is an American actress, most famous for her role as a paramedic Sylvie Brett on the NBC drama series Chicago Fire (as well as the series Chicago Med and Chicago P.D. and Chicago P.D., which are part of the One Chicago franchise), from 2014. Prior to that she starred in the tepid 2010 Hulu original reality web series If I Can Dream.Killmer appeared in the brief-lived Hulu original reality web show If I Can Dream in 2010, which featured five aspiring actors and actresses who were trying to make it in the entertainment field by sharing a Los Angeles home, fitted with cameras following their every move "The goal is to get a job that will allow us to get out of the house and to move onto a better career. This is just the first step."In 2014, Killmer was cast as Athena True in the NBC Science Fiction Crime thriller pilot Tin Man, but it was not picked up by the network when they announced their 2014-15 television schedule. Killmer was also cast as Sylvie as the paramedic who was replaced by Leslie Shay (Lauren German) in the NBC drama Chicago Fire that same year.
