Maggie Grace (born Margaret Grace Denig September 21 1983) is an American actress who is best well-known for her role as Shannon Rutherford on the ABC television series Lost and Kim Mills in the Taken trilogy. Following the divorce of her parents her parents separated, she moved to Worthington in Ohio and moved at Los Angeles. In the midst of financial hardship, she got her first role as Rachel's Room's main character the online video show Rachel's Room in 2001. The television film Murder in Greenwich, in which she played 15-years-old Martha Moxley earned her the nomination of a Young Artist Award. Grace was Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television show in 2004. The show featured her as the principal character for two seasons and was awarded an award for her performance, a Screen Actors Guild Award. After leaving the show, Grace would like to be as a film actress, and had played opposite Tom Welling in The Fog in 2005. The actress was on screen in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club (both 2007) and opposite Liam Neeson as Kim Mills in Taken in 2008. She reprised this role in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). In addition, she played Alice as Alice in Malice in Wonderland which is the modern-day adaptation from Lewis Carroll's Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace returned to the Lost series for the last two episodes as Shannon. The actress was featured in 2013's sixth season of Californication. She portrays Faith as an admirer and muse to the actors. Hank Moody as played by David Duchovny falls in love with her. Maggie Gyllenhaal.........................Margalit Ruth Gyllenhaal ( born November 16 1977) is an American actress and filmmaker. She's a Gyllenhaal, the daughters of Stephen Gyllenhaal (director) and Naomi Achs (producer), she is a bit older that Jake Gyllenhaal. She began her career as a teenager with small appearances in his films. She also appeared with her brother in the cult favorite Donnie Darko (2001). She also starred as a character in Adaptation Confessions of a Dangerous Mind. Also, she appeared in Mona Lisa Smile (2003). Gyllenhaal received nominations for the Golden Globe Award in both the action drama Sherrybaby (2005) and the romance comedy Secretary (2002). Both films were critically acclaimed. Following several commercially-successful films, including World Trade Center in 2006 her name was recognized more widely when she played Rachel Dawes (the superhero) in The Dark Knight (2007). In 2009, she was nominated as the best supporting Actress at the Academy Awards for her role of a single mom in Crazy Heart. The roles she played in subsequent films include Nanny McPhee, in the Big Bang and Hysteria. The other roles she's played included Secret Service agents in White House Down (2013 an action thriller) as well as actors in Frank (2014 and drama The Kindergarten Teacher 2018) as well as The kindergarten teacher. Gyllenhaal's debut as a filmmaker and writer was in 2021 with The Lost Daughter, a psychological drama for which she received an award at the Venice International Film Festival Best Screenplay Award. In addition, she was awarded the Academy Award nomination for Best Adapted Screenplay.
